Beta values

Hi,

I was just wondering if there was a way to get beta values for the bayes regression output? I believe that the mean value in the posterior summary table is B, but is there a way to find beta?

Thanks

Emily

  • Hi Emily,

Good point. The "plot of coefficients" gives a figure with coefficients under a range of different models, but I am not sure there is a corresponding table. There should be. Let's see what the team says.

  • Hi Emily,

Just to make sure we're on the same page, the column "mean" of the posterior summary table shows standardized beta coefficients but you would like an option to see the unstandardized coefficients?

    Cheers,

    Don

  • Hi Don,

Those means are the model-averaged ones?

If you selected `Model averaged` then, yes. Otherwise, it's whatever is selected in this drop down:
