Jatos failing to run second OS component
Hi All,
I have a task on JATOS that has a first component built in JsPsych (where participants insert their ID, only that), and then two tasks win OS web. Recently all of the studies started failing and not loading the second OS task with the error message I get in the log being"Study 'Comprehension children norwegian' (ID: 165) allows only linear study flow. But component 653 attempted to start component 652. The study is finished." As if all of my participants were pressing the back arrows in their browser. While I might believe that some of them did, I find it unlikely that categorically all my participants started doing so. I have now also received screen shots from two of my participants regarding cookies "Couldn't find cookie for study result ID 11295. Are cookies allowed in your browser"
So my question is, has something changed in OSWeb? Should I set my study to not be linear. My study is not linear in order to avoid participants clicking on the back button and redoing the study.

Hi Marta,
It sounds like this was a bug in JATOS (sorry about that) that was fixed in the latest release. Can you update your JATOS and tell us if you still have the problem?
