Hello everyone,
Before sending my study to actual participants, I made a try si I imported my study to jatos, enabled general multiple worker type and tried the link. It all worked and I can see the text file results in Jatos but when I try to convert it to excel using open sesame, I get an empty file. I tried xlsx, cvs format but the issue remains. I get no error message just an empty file. Could you please help me?
