BF (inclusion) interpretation

I was just wondering if you interpret BF(inclusion) is interpreted the same as BF(10) values. I know for BF(10) it is usually values from around 3-10 for moderate evidence but I cant find anything that says how to interpret BF(inclusion) values. Thank you!
