JATOS experiment freeze
Hey!
When running my experiment via JATOS, it freezes in the second sketchpad just before the first loop in the experiment. Where the experiment freezed, there are 4 different sketchpads for 4 different subject numbers (from 1 to 4), after them there is practice loop and so on. Before I imported my experiment, I tried it on OSweb, where it works fine.
Does anyone have any idea for the cause of this problem?

Hi Kim,
we’d need a bit more information to understand the problem. Can you open the console in the browser (on chrome it’s called developer tools) and check which error messages you get, if any?

Apparently I used capital letters in one of the images description in my sketchpads (.PNG instead of .png).
Now it's working, thanks anyway :-)
