Linear mixed effects
Hi. Just made my first attempt in LME and I wonder:
1) Are those error messages really concerning? Should I review something in my database?
2) I was trying to replicate an analysis of change of scores (2 groups, pre-post) using LME.
I was looking for an result that actually inform the size/magnitude of that difference, if there is one. However, I am not seeing such option in JASP.
Is this test and/or JASP able to inform me that?

These warnings are really just informations. They tell you that both your fixed factors do not very within the levels of 'codigo.de.sujeito'. So can be ignored (you could also remove these termds per hand from the random-effects part buty it would not change any result as this is done automatically). Maybe it would be better if these were also "Notes." and not "Warnings."
Regarding your question 2. You can use the "estimated marginal means" and "then "specify Contrasts" to get the observed differences.
