Unable to access our Jatos page
Hello everyone!
In our lab, we use Jatos for our experiments (through an AWS server).Everything was working perfectly for more than two years, until now.
I tried to login to our jatos page (http://13.xx.xxx.xxx/jatos/login) as always, but I couldn't reach the page as an error of the following type, has occurred:
It is extremely important for our lab to regain access to the site, as we run a great number of experiments these days (And of course in order to be able to download our latest data).
Thus, my main question is how I can fix this problem, and why it has happened.
Also, is there any alternative way to retrieve our data (e.g., from AWS server)?

Hi Vassilis,
It's difficult to say anything about your server from remote. Your error page is the standard one that is shown if the server doesn't answer.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? After 2 years running a reset might solve it already.
If not I'd suggest to contact the admin of the server, the one who set up the server two years ago and let him have a look at the console.

I'm having the same issue. The error just says "this site can't be reached" and the server refused connection.
If anyone figures out how to fix it, please let me know :)

First of all, thank you for your immediate response.
I turned off and on the AWS console (stopped and then started the instance), but the error still remains.
Do I also have to turn off and on the Jatos page?
This issue doesn't really fit into this forum - it's more an admin question. You (or an admin) will have to log in to your server's terminal and figure out what's going on there, check why JATOS isn't working anymore. So you have access to your server's terminal?
