JATOS Stops workinf for no reason
Hello everyone,
I have been using JATOS for 2 months for OSWeb experiments. My server is hosted by DigitalOcean.
It's been a week that the JATOS link is not working anymore. I have created new Droplets on DigitalOcean, without success. I have searched for information on the forums but have not found an answer.
I don't understand why nothing works anymore when I haven't touched anything and I paid my bill to DigitalOcean on time.
I asked MindProbe to create an account, but no answer.
Can anyone help me?

Now for your DO droplet: it's difficult to say from the outside what's going wrong there. Did you have a look at the terminal whether the jatos service is still running?
