I am new here and I am learning to do experiments. I followed the tutorial on youtube, but in my case on the feedback screen, the accuracy comes out as undefined, I don't know why.

It's difficult to help you without more information. Can you specify which tutorial you are talking about? Could you upload your task here? The problem might be that you didn't define the correct response, but without being able to look into your task, I can't tell. A symptom can have many causes.
