Is there a way to add statistical significance to the chart?

Hi, I am very new to JASP program and have no idea if this is the correct place to ask this question.

I was able to put my data into the program, create a box plot, and analyze my data (ANOVA one way).

I want to add statistical significance (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, etc) to the box plot based on the Post Hoc Tests results, but I am not sure how to do it or even if it is possible.

Thanks for reading my post and if I am in the wrong place, I will try to find the proper place.

  • Hello Hoon,

In order to add the information to the plot you will have to save it (note that we offer a range of options, including pdf) and add the desired information using some graph editing software (e.g., adobe).

    Cheers,

    E.J.
