2 x 3 ANOVA multiple comparisons
Can anyone provide a tutorial link to help me do my own ANOVA multiple comparisons please?
I have 2 distinctly different groups of patients and they are performing in 3 conditions, and I want to compare the group means as well as perform further statistical tests etc.

Perhaps this blog post is of use to you - it outlines the different contrast options available in JASP, including the ability to specify custom contrasts (which might be what you want to do).
