Empty tabs

edited September 2021 in OpenSesame

I succesfully installed OpenSesame earlier this year, but suddenly the tab content wasn't visible anymore (blank white pages). I of course restarted my computer, tried uninstalling and reinstalling OpenSesame but I still have this problem.

For example now if you do the tutorial (step 1, see text below), I don't see the tab content so I can't select he right options.

Step 1: Create the main sequence

When you start OpenSesame, you see the 'Get started!' tab (Figure 2). (If this is the very first time that you have started OpenSesame, you will see a tab that points you towards this tutorial. If so, you can close this tab.)

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I now solved it myself: I chose another download option for Mac.

  • Hi @ninavanmastrigt,

Not sure why the "get started" tab would go missing. I guess the developers will have some suggestions about that. In the mean time, have you tried clicking on the first icon of the main ribbon, the one with a little star? That should bring up the "get started" tab.

    Does it work for you?

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi Fabrice,

it is not the tab itself, but the contents of the tabs that were not visible (empty white page). But I solved it by installing another version of OpenSesame.

    Thanks for answering my question!!
