How to use the pre-installed zip versions?

Dear team, I have been using jasp for a while now, but almost exclusively on my assumption. I've now been issued with a managed laptop by my university, so cannot install any software. I see that you offer pre-installed zip versions, which I think would fit the bill. But, whenever I try to download or save these files, I see a long list of folders, but no way of actually opening the program? I realise I'm probably doing something exceedingly stupid, but would appreciate some clarification!

  • Hi TarandeepKang,

This is more of an issue for out GitHub page. Anyway, I usually just download the zip file, upzip it in a folder that I created (e.g., "JASP") and then click on on the .exe file to start the program.

    Cheers,

    E.J.
