As this post has remained without answer for a bit, I'm taking the initiative here to say that to my knowledge, there is no such template. Unless some user has programmed a task of that sort and is happy to post it here, you'd have to program the task yourself based on the task requirements you want to implement. OS provides the tools to program all kinds of experiments. There is no reason why it could not be used to program an ultimatum game, but I'm afraid you'll have to go design it and program it using OS' tools.
