Safari Browser & Audio Stimuli

I'm sorry for the duplicate, but I couldn't be sure whether this issue is more related to OSWeb or JATOS, so I want to write my question here as well. If you could let me know which place is irrelevant, I will close/delete that post.
My experiment contains both visual and audio stimuli. It works perfectly on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Edge. But pilot participants said that there was no voice on Safari browser. (No error messages, though. The experiment ended without any error as if there were no audio stimuli at all).
The audio stimuli are in .ogg format. But I also tried replacing them with audio in .wav format, nothing has changed. Still no voice on Safari.
I would be really glad if you could help me with this.

Hi Pinar, This is most likely an OSWeb issue. If they can't solve it, they'll let us know. You can delete this thread :)
