Association network and relative importance network in R

Recently we ran network analysis using R and found some interesting contradiction:

Variable A: in Expected Influence (association network), we found that the value was very low; however in outstrength (relative importance network), the value was quite high.

Variable B: In closeness (association network), the value was very low, but in closeness (relative importance network), the value was higher.

1.       How to interpret them (variable A and B)?

2.       Just want to make sure, we just interpret the value on the right side (not negative) in the graph?

3.       Lastly, how to interpret a variable that was high in closeness (1,5) but low in Expected Influence (-0.16) , both of which which were from  the association network?
