Ways to do multiple imputation? Ways to do analysis of missing values?
Hi,
As I understand it there is no straight forward way to do multiple imputation or missing values analysis in JASP. But is possible to get around this somehow? To do it more "by hand" somehow?
Im doing my masters thesis, part of a RCT with 180 participants randomized in three groups, though i'm using only two of the groups. Doing ANCOVA and multiple regression analysis. Aprox 10% missing values. Having hart time to understand how to handle this in JASP since I cant find any information about it, and my supervisors don´t know about JASP.
Any ideas? Or any tips where I can read more? I have downloaded the books that are available about jasp from the jasp website. And I have ordered the one that is'nt possible to download, but not sure I will get that one before my deadline.
Kind regards

Right now JASP does not do imputation. We have it under development but it will take a while to get there. Without imputation you'd simply remove the incomplete cases -- not sure what else you could do.
