Hi, I just created my own droplet in DigitalOcean for my open sesame project but haven't received an email of server name, IP address, username, and password. Does anyone know how to find them and login to Jatos? Thank you.
I logged in with the default admin id and pw and was able to access my server.
Now I have one question regarding saved data: I'm not sure why I can always see those 3 empty results in a new experiment. Can I remove them or do I need to keep them to run the experiment? Thanks.
Your screenshots are from the Study Result page and each row in the table shown is a study result. I guess you did a couple of test runs of your study? Each run results in one study result. If you don't need them you can just remove them. Here is little more documentation about the Study Result page: https://www.jatos.org/Manage-Results.html.
Btw. the 'none' duration means that this study run didn't really run. Probably something went wrong during initialization, e.g. jatos.js wasn't loaded.
I wasn't sure about the difference between the DATA_RETRIEVED and STARTED, but it seems like I need to see DATA_RETRIEVED when the jatos file is successfully loaded in the participant's device?

After few attempts, I can still see the results with 'none' duration.
Can anyone explain what type of results are these? Are those simple logs that I can ignore or errors that I need to resolve?

Thanks for the link @kri !

Exactly, usually one doesn't encounter STARTED. If the study started the correct state is DATA_RETRIEVED.
