bonferroni corrected p-values for RMANOVA post-hoc tests
Hello everyone, I just have a small question concerning the p-values that JASP produces in analyses such as in the title. How exactly do I interpret those? Let's say my post hoc tests are run to compare a family of 10 estimates using bonferroni correction. Thus the adjusted alpha level would be .05 / 10 = .005. Now JASP still marks a p value of let's say .03 as significant. Do I still have to apply the .005 alpha level to this (which would mean this p of .03 is not significant) or are the bonferroni-corrected p's calculated with that in mind and I can assume this particular comparison is significant?
Could not find anything on that, so I'm glad for any help, thanks in advance!
