RMAnova between factor effect
Hi all, I am new here!I have done a mixed repeated measures ANOVA in JASP, with Time (2 levels) as a within subjects factor, and TREAT_1 and GENDER as a between subjects factor, and age, Pt_0.0,5 and eq.di gardner as a covariate.
I have no idea how to interpret the second table, Or even if I have run the test correctly.
would really appreciate any help.

From the information you provide this seems reasonable. Of course there are many tests presented here, and this does mean you have a multiple comparisons problem (see https://link.springer.com/article/10.3758/s13423-015-0913-5); I did not quickly see a way to conduct an omnibus test in JASP (maybe I overlooked it) so I made a GitHub issue for that.
If you want to understand these kinds of models I would recommend course books, a Google search, a YouTube search (see for JASP-related materials: https://jasp-stats.org/2020/02/11/how-to-use-jasp-jasp-on-youtube/).
