File saving of Jatos Results
Currently, I can not download any Results from Jatos. It is working in the local Jatos but when I try to download data from the Jatos server it will only open the message "working...might take a while depending on..." but this message soon disappears while no option to actually download the data pops up. I tried on two computers but the problem was apparent on both devices. I can export metafiles but no saved files (audio, .csv etc). Is there anything I am missing or is something broken? It used to work in the past but even for earlier studies I am not able to download my data.

Hi, which version of JATOS are you on? Have you tried it with different browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Edge?
