Filters by analysis
I think that it would be extremely useful having separate filters for each analysis. In this way, the new analysis would not override previous analysis.

This has been suggested before (you can check our GitHub page, which can be used both for feature requests and bug reports; for details see https://jasp-stats.org/2018/03/29/request-feature-report-bug-jasp/). I realize this is handy, but at the same time it has the potential to greatly confuse the user, so whenever we implement this we have to make sure that it is clear what filter is active for what analysis. Best to take this discussion to GitHub, I think, so the development team sees it as well.
