Bayesian Evidence Synthesis
Hello forum,
I read the article entitled, "Bayesian Evidence Synthesis Can Reconcile Seemingly Inconsistent Results: The Case of Hotel Towel Reuse"(henceforth, article#1), and I've got a few quick questions:
- Does the total Bayes factor (in this case, 36.89) refer to the complete Bayes factor mentioned in the article entitled, "Replication Bayes Factors from Evidence Updating"?
- Does the Bayesian Evidence Synthesis method apply to t tests, ANOVA, regression, etc.?
- Can the Bayesian Evidence Synthesis method combine the original study with its conceptual replication studies?
- Is the article#1 the first article that proposed the Bayesian Evidence Synthesis method?
Thank you!
