Investigating interaction in 3 way ANOVA that violates homogeneity

Hi,

I am trying to analyze my data using a 2 X 2 X 2 ANOVA but it failed the Levene's test of homogeneity. I proceeded to use the Kruskal-Wallis Test to check for statistical significance of each factor (and found them to be significant) then ran both the Dunn and Games-Howell Post Hoc Comparisons. These reported the significance within each level but shows no interaction between factors. How can I evaluate this in JASP? Is this even possible? And did I follow the correct steps?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Well, those options do seem to be there. Did you find anything missing?

  • Are you sure that checking for statistical significance of each factor and running both the Dunn and Games-Howell Post Hoc Comparisons are relevant to the question of whether there's an "interaction?"
