Since yesterday afternoon I cannot export any results from JATOS anymore. It shows the message "... might take a while depending on your internet connection and the JATOS server ... please be patient.", but does never actually download the data. What can I do?

Hi, can you try a different browser? If you're using firefox, should work with Chrome.
At the same time this was fixed in the last release: are you using MindProbe or you own? If it's your own, you should update JATOS
I was using Chrome and Version 3.7.5, but indeed it worked in Firefox! Thank you so much
