Bayes factors (BF10) for three-way Bayesian Repeated Measures ANOVA
Hi, I want to ask a question about BF10 for main effects and interaction effects for the Bayesian Repeated ANOVA. As shown here below, the first figure is the output for Repeated ANOVA, and the second one is the output for Bayesian Repeated ANOVA. I noticed the inconsistency between the two different methods for the same data set. That is, BF10 is smaller than 1 (supporting H0) for some significant effects based on Repeated ANOVA (p < 0.05).
So, how do I understand these effects? and how can I report BF10 for each effect?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Yuyi,
First and foremost: are you using a recent version of JASP? See https://jasp-stats.org/2022/07/29/bayesian-repeated-measures-anova-an-updated-methodology-implemented-in-jasp/ for why this is important (and the associated preprint https://psyarxiv.com/fb8zn/)

Also, can you give the table of effects? (so the inclusion BFs for each of the variables)
