No Entry Record on Jatos

Our lab is currently using a MindProbe's JATOS server to run OSWeb experiments. There are two things we would like to seek help:
It happened for two times that one participant (Worker ID: 291371) has finished tasks but there was no entry record on Jatos. We had tried to check on Jatos when the paticipant was doing the task, but Study Result State has no message of "DATA_RETRIEVED" indeed.
Another strange thing is that we found a study link has had entry record before sent to a certain participant. We checked it didn't be sent to another participant.

This can have many reasons. Since other participants do not seem to have this problem, my first guess is that 291371's network had a problem. It can also be a combination of your study and the specific OS and browser worker 291371 is using. It is nearly impossible to say remotely.

I'm not sure I understand you correctly. Do you want to say that one participant's result data got sent to a different participant?
