Repeated Measures Bayesian Anova
Hi,
I am using Jasp 0.17.1.0.
I am trying to do repeated measures ANOVA with the following design :
10(Conditions) x 4(Stimuli) x 2(age-Groups) x 2(Stim Condition). I have a total of 205 participants, so it's a huge data set, with a lot of conditions as you can see.
The age groups and the stim condition are between subject variables (i.e., the last two factors of the ANOVA) and Conditions(10) and Stimuli (4) - teh first two factors of the anova- are within subject conditions.
Of course, it is a big model to compute, and for now, I didn't even get to see the results. It's been running the whole afternoon...
However under the future output table, is written that " the best 10 models out of 167 will be presented".
I would like to understand this statement. Does it mean that the results will depict the 10 models that present Strong evidence in favor of an effect? Could I change this option?
Thank you in advance for your response,
I hope I was clear while explaining my questions,
Mariana

Hi Mariana,
The output table will present the best 10 models, so the models with the highest posterior probability. This may include the null model. It is true that the repeated measures models take a long time to run, especially for complex designs. We are looking at ways to speed up the computations.
Cheers,
