Bayesian Repeated Measures ANOVA
Hi everyone,
I'm new to JASP and Bayesian statistics. I'm trying to run a mixed ANOVA with 2 within-subject variables (each with 2 levels) and 1 between-subject variable (with 2 levels). I've attached the output, but I'm unsure how to interpret it. I selected 'Compare to best model' - is this the right option? I'm expecting to support the null hypothesis (no difference between conditions across the two groups).
Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm using JASP version 0.11

Well, there has been a big change in our RM BANOVA, so you should definitely upgrade to the latest version. See for instance https://jasp-stats.org/2022/07/29/bayesian-repeated-measures-anova-an-updated-methodology-implemented-in-jasp/
Cheers,
