Question about RM ANOVA
Hello all,
I have a question regarding an RM ANOVA I want to conduct. We collected data on 15 days with two measurement points each day (before and after an intervention), i.e., 30 data points in total for two separate groups. We want to analyse the change over the whole 15 days and the short-term change from pre-intervention to post-intervention as well as differences between the two groups.
I now wanted to conduct the RM ANOVA with the group variable as the between-subjects factor and two repeated measures factors: Day and Pre/Post. I am doubting if this is correct because this creates the factor "Day" despite there being no actual measurement for it, only for pre and post. My advisor is also unsure if the planned analysis is correct. I would appreciate any help or thoughts on this, thank you in advance!
