JASP: Convert age in whole years to age groups

Hey, 

I have collected the age in years in my survey and would now like to form age groups for evaluation (in a new variable) - does anyone know how I do this?

Hi Berenike,

You can do this with a computed column and the ifElse function.

Note that for the condition (the first argument to ifElse), you must first drag the comparison operator (for example, = or <) and then the variable.
