Repeated measures
Hi everyone,
I wondered if there is a way to obtain the raw (observed p values) in a post hoc test. Let's say that the p-value in the post hoc Bonferroni corrected is 0.592 or 1.000. How can I obtain the raw p values if the correction is done on a family of 120 corrections?
Thank you,

In JASP, there's no option to output uncorrected (i.e., Fishers LSD) p values for post hoc tests. However, you can do contrasts, with each contrast encoding one condition as +1 (the other conditions as -1, and the rest as 0). I believe the results will be identical to uncorrected post-hocs. However, 120 contrasts will require a lot of click work.
