Two questions: different lists experiment and logging survey results file

I have two questions about an experiment designed using opensesame and delviring using Jatos.
1. I have 4 lists (with different picture/audio in each list) but they belong to same project. I want to send general link to different participants but each time the link is run it goes through the different lists before returning to the same link. For example, first time link is run list 1 shows. Second participant runs the link second time list2 shows. third particpant runs link third time list3 shows, same for list 4. Then returns list 1 when link is run 5th time. (like pcibex if anyone is familar, you can add all lists to same project and it automically goes through each list everytime the link is run before returning to same list again if you items in same list same number or letter)
But in the forums, the answer seems to be just create different projects. One project to each list. (so I would have four projects, four links using the same layout and format).
Is the different project the best answer or is there way all lists to same project and have it loop through automatically?
2. I figured out how to log answers to the survey asked at the before the experiment starts in the result file. The problem is when reading the result file, the responses picked in survey show up in hte same row with the same timing as the items row used in the experiment. The response is shown all the way down the column for other items but this is not correct. THe survey occurs before the experiment started so timestamp should not be the same. i want the survey response and time to in seperate rows by iteself in the result file prefebly in order the items appear. How do I fix this?
