Converting experiment from 4.0 to 3.3.11
I am wondering if anyone can help with an issue we're having. We have had to change our experiment file which was created in OpenSesame version 4.0 to the version used universally in the laboratory computers which is 3.3.11. Unfortunately our experimental trials will not run no matter what we try - although the practice trial is fine. Is anyone familiar with the differences between the versions which may possibly be causing this issue? Help would be greatly appreciated as we have hit a wall with this.

I'm not involved in the development of Open Sesame, but I don't think what you are trying to do is possible. I'm pretty sure that verion 4 contains changes under the bonnet that are saved with the experiment and that version 3 isn't compatible with.
The solution would either be to upgrade to Open Sesame 4 in your lab, or to remake and save your task from Open Sesame 3.3.11 (not from verison 4). In other words, if you want your task to run in version 3.3.11, the recommendation is to program it in version 3.3.11.
