[solved] Problem with keypress
Hi all,
I have a problem with having the 'Duration' set as 'keypress', and am wondering whether it is only me who have this problem. (This problem suddenly happened.)
So there are multiple sketchpad items in my designed experiment (including the welcome page and the instruction page), and I have set the 'Duration' as 'keypress' for all these items which I want them to remain visible as long as the participants want (i.e. until the subject presses a key). However, when I tried to run the experiment, all those sketchpad pages proceeded to the next item immediately without waiting for any keypress responses. This is strange, because this problem didn't occur few days ago when I tried to run the same experiment.
I don't know what's wrong with my experiment (it was fine before). Is there any way to fix this?

Hi Rachel,
Could it be that the auto response function is on? (see in the menu under Run -> Enable auto response)
