Supported by

Random Intercept Model

Dear all,

I have following the tutorial on Longitudinal Data Analysis that can be found here:

I wanted to replicate these results in JASP using the Mixed Models module.

For the first model, in R, I would write:

raneff_int <- lmer(rasch_FIM ~ 1 + (1|subID), data=DATA, REML=FALSE)

How do I add the initial "1" as a fixed effect in JASP? If I try to brute force it in the R Console and hit Ctrl + ENTER, it does not work either?

Best regards,

Robbin

  • Hi EJ,

is there any follow up for this?

  • Hi Robbin,

Sorry for not responding to this for so long, I lost the email in my mailbox.

The good news is that since your question we released a new version of JASP that allows to fit random intercept models, so you should be able to get the estimates now!

    Cheers,

    Frantisek
