Independent t test regarding

While working on independent t test, it shows that Number of factor levels is ≠ 2 in Caste in the grouping variable. I understand that it should be only 2 factors wise, but if my factors are more than 2, what should I do in that case? Pretty new to quant

  • Add a filter that only leaves the two factors you would wish to test. Or do an ANOVA and consider the post-hoc t-test for each of the pairwise comparisons.
