NaN Repeated Measures ANOVA
Hello,
I am trying out a Repeated Measures ANOVA on a dataset.
The study is a 3x2x2 repeated measures design with 3 within-subjects factors, namely Group (B, NAF, SAF), Condition (free, forced) and Phase (no individuation, individuation). I would like to investigate RT as dependent variable for this analysis.
However, I get NaN values in my results. I think this has to do with the within factor Phase, but can't figure out what the problem exactly is.
For the experiment in specific; participants were making choices between faces of different ethnic groups based on provided scenario's. They had to make a choice between two faces of different ethnic groups (free condition) or between two identical faces (forced condition) repeatedly.
I measured the RT of their choice behavior.
In a second phase, they did the same thing except they got personal information about the faces that were going to be showed before they had to make choices. I am interested whether showing the personal information could have an effect on RT.
Here some relevant screenshots:
Results:
The three within factors, "- and +' stand for No Individuation (NI) and Individuation (I)
Different cells:
The two first written out in full;
RT of No Individuation Free Condition of B Group
RT of Individuation Free Condition of B Group
Some screenshots of the columns in of the official dataset used for the analysis. Some rows are not used as they contained "999"/ missing values:
! RT was measured for every column
Thank you in advance!

It's difficult to tell from the screen shots since, in JASP, the repeated-measures cell fields don't always show the entire column name. Maybe you entered the same column name (NI_RT_Forced_...) in two separate fields? Somehow JASP isn't able do find unique data in each of the 12 (3 x 2 x 2) repeated-measures cells.
