Datasets in Bayesian Inference in JASP; confusion from one specifically

In the mixed ANOVA example of Bayesian Inference in JASP: a Guide for Students, the dependent variable is speed of lift. But that variable decreases as the weight (% of 1-rep max) increases. That doesn't make sense to me. Am I missing something? Seems a heavier lift (higher %) should be slower (greater time).

In general, where I can I find the sources of the datasets used in that book?

The speed is measured as velocity, not time, as I was thinking. 😅
