We have received several reports of this happening but still have no more information, you can create an issue here: https://github.com/jasp-stats/jasp-issues/issues and provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate this issue.

Maybe we already know this is not the solution, but when I hear of such issues I'd be tempted to set "safe graphics" to "on" in the Preferences...
