Bayesian Network Analysis with small sample size

Hi! When I use the JASP Bayesian Network application with a small sample size of 45 observations and five variables, the resulting network varies slightly each time I redo the estimation. I presume this is because the posterior distribution is flat due to the small sample size. I'm curious if there's a better explanation for this phenomenon.I would be grateful for any ideas

  • This seems a reasonable explanation. Difficult to say more without the data and screenshots.
