Can't open a file

Hi, I'm trying to open a file but I constantly get this error message : Failed to open the file for the following reason:

• No module named 'libqtopensesame.items.o_m_m_conditioner'

Could someone help me please ?

Can you share how you fixed the issue so that other users may benefit from this formum entry if they encontered the same error message? Did you just reinstall Open Sesame?
