413 Request Entity Too Large

Hi!

Im trying to import the study in a jzip format from my local JATOS server to the university JATOS server. The jzip is just 14.6MB but it failed showing "413 request entity too large'...

So is it too large? is it some ways to solve this problem since it cannot be reduced in size..

Hi Runyu,

14.6MB is indeed not a 'too large' study in my humble opinion. JATOS ifself allows study files up to 2GB. But I assume your university's JATOS has some proxy in front of JATOS, e.g., Apache or Nginx, and there the size of uploaded files can be limited, e.g., in Nginx with client_max_body_size. So, I think you should contact the admin of your JATOS server and talk to them about this limitation.
