Linear Mixed Model - Post-Hoc Tests
Hi,
I am currently analysing a dataset of ratings of 10 different settings. I am using a Linear Mixed Model for this. The ANOVA summary shows a highly significant result, so I need to use Post-Hoc tests. However, when going into the menu for estimated marginal means, there is apparently no way to compare all marginal means to each other, only to compare it to a specified reference value:
Am I missing something? Is there a way to compare all 10 settings to each other?

Can you show more screenshots of your analysis input + the output please

Probably need to click specify contrasts and specify the pairwise comparisons manually (e.g. to compare groups 1 and 2 the coefficients need to be 1 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0)
By the way you seem to have 9 groups, not 10
