Text not rendering properly on Welcome screen
in OpenSesame
Dear Opensesamites,
Having just fiddled my way through an install of Opensesame on Opensuse Leap 42.3, I've noticed that the Welcome screen (and things like the check for updates screen) aren't rendering properly, as per the screenshot; a mono-space font is being used, and what appears to be mark-up isn't being mark-upped ;-)
All other things are seem right now, but we aim for perfection do we not? Does anyone know of a reason this might be happening? Presumably a python module or something related is missing?
Not the most pressing issue in the world, but grateful for advice!
Thx
Neon

Hi,
You're missing the
markdownpackage, which is used to render these tabs. You're also missing a few other packages, for example to enable the IPython interpreter in the debug window. These aren't strictly necessary, but installing them makes OpenSesame much more user friendly. You can find a list of all dependencies here:
Cheers!

Perfect - thank you @sebastiaan
I'll ensure all of the dependencies are now installed. Your rapid reply as ever is very gratefully received.
Best wishes,
