Failed to load plugin 'inline_javascript'

Hi Sebastiaan,

i wanted to give it a try with OSWeb.

I have set up an experiment that runs well with OS. But in 3.2.8 it did not work in OSWeb.

Hence, i installed the 3.3. Version.

If i now open my experiment the inline_javascripts disappear with the error message in the title.

I will create them again to go on. Just wanted to report the bug.

  • Hi Stephan,

The pyjsparser package was missing in the Windows builds of 3.3. I will add this in the new prereleases, but for now you can install it separately by running the following in the console:

    !conda install pyjsparser -c conda-forge -y

    Cheers!

  • Hi Sebastiaan,

Thank you for all your great work! The problem of inline_javascript not working in OS 3.3.6 still persists for me, even after successfully installing the pyjsparser manually via your suggested command.

    I get the following error:

Do you have any ideas? I would very much appreciate some help.

    Best,

    Cleo

  • Hi @Cleo ,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Based on your screenshot, you're either running your experiment through opensesamerun, or you've selected the External runner under Preferences (which comes down to the same thing). If you select the Multiprocess runner instead, the issue should go away. So it's easily fixed, but it's still a bug and I filed an issue here.

    Hope this helps!
