JATOS doesn't care of the type of data you put in the results or the uploaded files. It can be text, images or in your case video. So yes.
But the other question is whether OSWeb supports this and there hopefully others can help @Daniel, @sebastiaan .

OSWeb does not support webcam recording. It's probably possible to implement this yourself in JavaScript and embed this as an
inline_javascriptitem in an OSWeb experiment. But I suspect that this will be incredibly challenging. So practically speaking I'm afraid that the answer is: no, this is not possible!— Sebastiaan
