If you could ask your participant to click the console tab (see attached figure) and then copy the corresponding message, perhaps @sebastiaan could be of help.
The error message indicates that this browser doesn't support "WebGL", which is a technology for presenting visual stimuli in a browser. OSWeb requires WebGL, so experiments will not run on computers that do not support this. The vast majority of computers do though, although older computers and remote-desktop systems generally don't. Long story short: there's nothing really wrong, it's just a limitation of this system!
