Testing Issues

Hi, we've been having some issues with testing recently! We are using OSWeb to run our experiment.

The same problem happened to three of my participants: the webpage went blank halfway through the task. The task also had an audio component to it. The participant could no longer hear the audio nor see the text. When they refreshed the page, the task restarted from the beginning and had the same problem at the same place for the second time.

For four other participants, they had difficulty pressing the keys. The system kept telling them to respond faster (i.e. the system didn't detect any response) despite them pressing multiple times on the keys. However, the keys worked from time to time and I didn't notice any special pattern to when they keys worked vs when they didn't. For one participant, it took up to two minutes for any response.

The participants used a mix of PC and Mac, so there does not seem to be a OS component to it.
