I'm afraid line wrapping indeed does not work for text displayed by sketchpad items in OSWeb (yet). As a work-around, could you try inserting break tabs (<br>) ?
Yes, that's correct. And you can indeed use <br /> tags to separate lines. This is done automatically when you enter text consisting of multiple lines though.
